Im Francisco Laires, Movement Coach for more than 10 years and co-founder of Gravity Based Training.
I have 3 passions in life: Learn, Practice and Teach.
Over these last years I’ve been chasing the best version of myself through Bodyweight Training, Healthy Nutrition and Biohacking, always striving for optimal movement efficiency and enhanced lifespan.
My goal is to create a better you:
physically, mentally and spiritually.

My life has been a competition against myself, a constant search for my own limits as a human being, an endless road on overcoming fears and ultimately the most beautiful journey of self learning.

My mission.
As a Movement Coach I have 2 major goals for my students:
Teach a Frame Work (GBT Method) for them to build their own training program for the rest of their lives thus giving them autonomy enough to be in control of the whole process, no matter which goals they have or where they are in life .
Making them dream big everyday, everything is possible and we all can be our own athlete, doesn’t matter how old you are or where you come from in a physical perspective , it’s all about starting and letting the journey of self discovery surprise you.

In a modern world of fast forward info, fake promises and illusionary golden pills, it has never been so important to filter information , grab on to Principles and develop a framework , a method so you can position yourself better and ultimately make the best decisions for your body , mind and soul.

GBT Mobility Method
GBT MoMe is a framework for mobility / stability development based on 4 different stages ( Basic Mobility , Global Mobility , Basic Stability , Integration ). It is built upon the natural Principles of Gravity/ Reaction Force , Babies Movement Patterns and Reflexive Movement Control. You can use it as your warm-up routine, after workout decompression or as your main mobility program.
GBT Strength Method
GBT Strength is based on 4 different stages/blocks ( Basic Strength / General Hypertrophy / General Strength / Power ) and it can be applied for calisthenics strength and conditioning but also for skills development like Front Lever, Planche, Muscle Up.
