Consistency is everything.
How did I lose almost 7kg in 3 months ??
It’s still hard for me to look at these pictures and see myself like that … bloated , unhealthy , and with some weight I never had before.
Before you start saying “ oh that’s nothing, come on , you don’t know what it is like to be overweight , you don’t know what problems are , BLA BLA BLA …. I don’t give a shit on what you think , I don’t like it and that’s enough for me to recognize it and start working on it immediately…
I’m here doing this post hoping that my journey and what I’ve been through inspire some of you and that’s it …
As lots of you might know or even experience before , being sad about the way you look/feel it’s like a snowball , suddenly you realize that you’re not what you were anymore , get upset with it , and start to do crazy shit FORCING your body and mind to be in a state that you just can’t be when you want, and that’s what’s more scary about all this ….
Then when you look for help or information you’re bombarded with information from all kinds , FASTING , SIBO , IBS , BINGE EATING , HYPOTHYROIDISM, PROBIOTICS ,CALORIE COUNTING etc ….
Well let me tell you this again … There’s no black magic , no pills , no short term cause – effect changes … THERE IS CONSISTENCY, and that is the only way for you to show your body that you’re committed to change for the best ❤️
Changing the body will take time , maybe years , patient and some effort off course , BUT IS POSSIBLE ‼️‼️ Don’t let anybody tell you the opposite 🙅♂️
It’s been almost 4 years since I felt my body change in a less positive way, and after all I went through it seems that I’m connecting with myself again, loving what I eat and what I do, and my body , physiology, aesthetics, hormonal balance , strength , motivation are expressing that, like I wanted … like I dreamed of 🧡🧡🧡
