Diets are trends.
Vegetables want to kill us, meat causes cancer , sugar is new cocaine, fat will give you a heart attack, low PH water will make you acidic bla bla bla…. 🤯
Go ask your grandma if she ever did a DIET …Probably the answer is NO … WHY ?
Because they couldn’t !! The reality from 50y ago was much different than now but our nature as human beings didn’t change that much. Our digestive system is the same, our chemicals / hormones are the same and our relationship with nature/ food should be the same , but it’s not anymore, WHY ?
Because of conformism‼️
Older generations went through war times , lack of food availability and scientific knowledge… nowadays we have everything without any effort, food abundance and TOO MUCH INFORMATION!! 🤖
Slowly we’re walking away from our connection to nature, instead of eating Whole Foods were getting a bunch of processed ingredients and the health problems that comes with it are complex, unpredictable and hard to define which ultimately opens a space for any person to come and say they have the GOLDEN SOLUTION for everything 🤷🏻♂️
Being Vegan , Carnivore, Omnivore is a CHOICE not MANDATORY ❗️ Make your own choice based on your beliefs, principles and opinions but DON’T TRY TO EVANGELIZE people ( That is religion )… instead INSPIRE others showing how good you feel with your choices, and for me that’s the way to CHANGE THE WORLD 💯
My Nutrition Journey has been built over the last years with a selection of the best from Vegan , Carnivore, Omnivore , Fasting , Calorie surplus, Fermented Foods , low carb , high carb etc… How can you say that something is bad for you without even trying it ? Don’t want to try new things, that’s ok, but … DON’T MAKE ASSUMPTIONS !
Let’s join our forces in order for a better Human-Nature-Nutrition axis and build a world where everybody has space to choose what’s better for them and whole ecosystem 🌏
